My boyfriend knows I am not the jealous type but I think this bothers him. I think he wants to know I am at least a little jealous so that he has proof about how much I care.The thing is I just don't get jealous no matter what. He told me that these three girls always hit on him and I've seen them do this but I just don't get jealous. Infact I tell him not to be mean. By the way my boyfriend is insanely gorgeous and he gets hit on everywhere he goes..Does this mean I don't really like him since I never get jealous??

lol.. i don't think so. i think it means u are secure and confident in yourself, and in your relationship!!! what is ur guy trippin about?? HE sounds insecure, even tho u think he's hotttt. maybe u can try to make him feel attractive and affectionate when ur with him to "show" your love..... but if u have to pretend to be a little bit jealous, i guess.....but that's just cuz he has a problem w/ his self esteem, not cuz u are really worried. i am the same way; in fact, if the guy does anything to run off w/ some other girl, my attitude is like, fine go ahead, i don't need someone who's gonna flirt around anyways, u know? i will be as loving and caring to my bf, but if he gives me any crap about other people or i don't trust him, then it's pretty much over. not cuz i don't love him enough, but because i have expectations of what my boyfriend and my relationship should be. good for you, make him feel as secure and safe as possible.. if he still is insecure, it's a personal problem on his side, not something directly stemming from you.

Maybe you are just a very secure person. Your boyfriend must make you feel like you can trust him. Some people just put up a wall so they won't get hurt and are afraid to experience that as a weakness.
A little jealousy is healthy, it just needs to be under control for some people. Maybe your boyfriend is just plain lucky to have you.

no it doesn't mean you don't like him it means you love yourself jealousy and love aren't even in the same category ,i admire you .you are clearly very comfortable in your own skin.but be careful if the fact that you aren't jealous don't let you're boyfriend bait you into an infantile jealous rage just to satisfy his insecurities,make him watch the movie fatal attraction he will change his mind quick about jealous girls.

tell him not to worry, it means u care for him the most. i dont get jealous with my bf cause i trust him to know that there is nothing to be jealous for. if u love stay with him

ok, i think its a good thing you aint jelous, i think he is testing you by telling you these girls hit on him coz he wants to get a reaction out of you. just be yourself dont change for a guy. it aint worth it

you have self esteem. what's the problem?
if he wants you to be jealous, he can't feel the same. he wants to be 'built up' (his ego) - from what? if you need to feel 'built up' you have to be feeling pretty 'down'.
