Under the free section of craigslist.com (philadelphia) there are usually pets for free. Also, many times the classifieds have "free to good home" ads for puppies.

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU7BU

A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

I think your best bet would be an animal shelter. You will have to pay the adoption fee but that usually includes the puppies first set of shots & deworming and spaying or nuetering- so it is really a savings. (and sometimes it includes a whole lot more)

Plus, I think that shelter pets make better pets- its like they know that you saved them :)

If you don't want to do that, then craigslist.com is a good resource. Also try petfinder.com

Good luck :)

I don't think they are free unless you look in your local newspaper or maybe a friend. But some breeders might have prices from around $175-$300 which is very cheap. Could you also say which breed?

not sure. watch out for free puppies though, odd are they wont have their shots and might not be very health. its best to save up and buy a puppy from a good place.
