30 flexion?? 30 what? 30%? 30 degrees? There's not enough information given to answer the question.
My best guesses would be either 30% of normal flexion or 30 degrees of flexion, either of which would indicate significant limitation of motion forward of the spine. That would be an expected result from 2 spinal fusion surgeries.
