ok. well these types of guys are very shy. it looks as if he likes you...but you should start the conversation. most guys are like that, make him feel comftorable to talk to you, and let him open up. u kno wat? give him ur number...tell him to call u!

Look for the "signs", as some would call it. Do you think he likes you? If not, wait and keep on reading the signs and see. Guys are hard to read because they hide their feelings. Ask him to hang out at the mall or something. If you guys are alone, just the two of you, you'll get a better sense of if he likes you or not.

If a guy really likes you and wants to be together he will make the effort even if he's shy, scared, and don't know what to do. He will make the effort and make a chance. If he has chances and isn't doing anything about it, don't even worry, somebody will.

Ask him questions to get him to talk. Ask him if he'd like to go bike riding with you. Ask him if he's going to say something nice to you or just make goo goo eyes at you all day.
