Oh yes hon I know how it feels to lose a baby. I went onto a path of self destruction but luckily got out of it before i got pregnant with my son.
It is normal to have feelings of self doubt and depression. It was a death and you have to let yourself grieve. Just because your 15 doesnt make you have less feelings than say a 22 (myself).
You should prolly talk to your doctor about things you can do to at least help you eat. Then you should prolly get some councelling (i did and it worked). Remember, things happen for a reason. Maybe you weren't meant to be a mother now. Someday, you will make a great mom!!!
Take it easy!

Hi, I'm very sorry for your loss...my heart goes out to you. I don't know your situation "how you lost your baby"...but I still feel for you. I had a miscarriage 3 years ago...darn near killed me emotionally. Kiddo all I can say is "one day it will NOT be the 1st thing you think about in the morning". There is NOTHING I can say to ease the pain, only assure you that one day it will not be the first thing that enters your mind...that I promise you. Take care and keep your chin up.

It happened to my aunt, she lost her baby on mothers day, her name could have been Diana Rosalie. But you what she said? "My baby is in a better place now, its time to move on" Despite what she said, she was in pain. But it already happened, it hurts, dont worry, I know youll get over this terrible loss. Youre only 15, you have a long life ahead of you, it never ends there. Someday, youll have another child (maybe more), and youll be a very happy family.

Nayyah, I am so sorry for your loss. I had my third miscarriage in March. I completely know what you are going through. It is very hard time. You need to find someone you can trust and confide in them how you feel.
I also had to get on medication for my depression. It helped alot too.
Good Luck if you need someone to talk to email me emygayle78@yahoo.com

The best advice I can give you is to see a doctor and ask him/her for help. You have a right to be depressed, and that is what it sounds like. You need to talk to someone, let out your feelings. Don't wait until you can't handle it anymore, get help, and get it soon. Speak to your parents, your school councelor, your spiritual advisor, anyone who will listen.

no.but i had a miscarriage ..and i still dream of how my baby would have been....its the most natural thing in the world to feel the way you do...shows what a loving person you are...make a small locket with your baby's photo or a strand of your baby's hair in it and wear it...this way, you will feel the baby is always near you...life goes on honey....make your self emotionally and physically strong....you owe it to yourself and other children you may have later.

yes, how did you lose it? it's a very difficult thing to get through because a life that was once here, no longer exists. I'm so sorry for your loss. You will get through this, it just takes time. It will get easier and easier for you to get through a day, and one day you will be able to recreate another life. Good Luck to you.
