Whatever you do not introduce your self as baller daddy, because that is not baller. She should recognize you as being baller. I would say Hello and say your name.

Well, if she's next door( literally) go introduce yourself....well maybe wait until you see her out in the yard, then engage her in some charming, idle conversation. (Try not to say anything stupid...you only get one shot at a good first impression). Good luck!
