I believe there are millions of people in this world who believe in"God". The more direct question should be, how many people have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour? I have.
As an aside, even satan believes in God!

As for god you need to be more specific. If you mean just religious the vast majority of the planet believes some form or religion.

I am and I do, but don't attend church regularly. There's a lot I don't agree with as far as structured religion goes.
