are there any pills you can take that will allow you to eat dairy productts and not get sick?

Yes. People who are lactose intolerant can take a pill that contains the "Lactase" enzyme which breaks Lactose down into simpler sugars that are easier to digest.

acidopholis (sp?) - it helps my hubby - but I'd do some "tests" first and not go whole hog -

also we've started getting organic milk and that seems to help a lot too!!!
