get ur favorite song on whatever it is u listen to it on ( cd player, mp3, sterio) and blast it as high as it can go....the go to sleep

While at work try walking around a little bit. Doing some minor strectching, and drink plenty of water. And try try smiling, it may help with the bad mood.
When U get home turn off my cell. Hop in a bath with some epsom salt, relax a little, hop out, don't dry off, and go lie down. The epsom salt will relax UR muscles and help U sleep. The sleep will help with UR bad mood. Epsom saly is 99 cents at a 99 cent store of some sort. Good luck, and good night!

Go back to sleep if your tired or you can play some video games to get your mind off of whats bothering you. That always helps if I'm in a bad mood

when i am sleep & in a bad mood, music annoys me, usually anything bright or loud does. IF you dont have time to take a nap then just sit back and relax and like rest your eyes or soemthing

I try to stay away from everyone because I have a tendency to snap at people when I am tired. If it's the middle of the day, I try to take a nap.

IF I have to work, take a walk and ask myself if i have had too much caffeine.
Yes some times, too much caffeine makes me moody and sleepy!
Then focus on taking deep breaths and slowing down the pictures in my mind, by visualizing what good things this work will bring about. BREATHE!

If you have to go to work or school, make yourself a pot of coffee and then lay on the couch while you wait for it to brew. While you sip your gourmet treat veg out and watch the news for a while. If you don't have plans- do yourself a favor and catch some more zzzzz's.

i hate sleeping during the day, but i have been so boia tired for the last few days, lol. but if im in a bad mood, ill go for a long bike ride and think things over. if my mum wont let me go, i stay in my room and play my guitar until it hurts to just touch the strings. but usually i draw, but i dont have a sketch book, so yeah.

Make a super-strong cup of coffee-chocolate-tea, walk outside and have a little quiet time (20 minutes do it for me)... Or drive-walk somewhere you like. (works for me, I love hills and mountains... besides, the air is fresher) ;) good luck!
PS: a quickie i-can't-leave-the-office treatment... breathe deeply for at least 30 seconds (in through your nose, out through your mouth, slooowly), sometimes lack of oxygen makes you drowsy or cranky and the breathing helps you relax while the sound of it might clear your mind of any stress...
