If you were gay I don't think it would be God that stopped loving you, it would be his flock!

I do see the point in your question. Your purpose is to goad people that are supposedly "good christians" and make them look the fool with such backward thinking.
I can relate. As a skeptic, I too doubt those passages in the Bible that call homosexuality an abomination punishable by death. These are also the same people that said if you ate bacon, you are unclean.
So I'm sure all you people that are so quick to point out Leviticus 18:22 & 20:13, be sure to check out this little pearl:
Leviticus 11:7: ...and the pig, which does indeed have hoofs and is cloven-footed, but does not chew the cud and is therefore unclean for you.
11:8: Their flesh you shall not eat, and their dead bodies you shall not touch; they are unclean for you."
Think about that the next time you have a ham sandwich after playing football with the kids. Love that episode of West Wing!

You say you have 'chosen' to be a homosexual...is it a choice is the first question. As for the poster that stated 'no one knows how God feels', they need to stop and read the Bible. God states what is and is not acceptable in his eyes. It is not whether you are homosexual that will be hurtful to God, it is what you choose to do with your life because of it. There are heterosexual individuals that disappoint God everyday...does he stop loving them, will he stop loving you, no; however, the natural thought that comes to mind I suppose when someone says they are homosexual is that you will be having sex without the benefit of marriage...heterosexual or homosexual, this is a sin. Now to take this further, God did not sanctify marriage between a man and a man, nor a woman and a woman, so you must live your life either as a monk, or abstain from having a sexual relationship...you will have to treat you body as a sacred temple and resist the temptations of the flesh so to speak. If you walk in a homosexual relationship, you cannot walk in God's favor. Best of luck, and may God find His way into your heart for eternities sake..

God doesn't stop loving anyone for their choices...God may be saddened or angered by what we choose to do...We have a choice in how we live every second of every day...our choice produce consequences that we may not like, but would your father stop caring for you and throw you out of the house just because you made a different choice than he would have liked????
Conservative groups say that Gays can't be christian because of what is written in the New Testament....but all get the chance of redemption.....If you love someone of the same sex that doesn't condemn you...people condemn.... I don't remember Christ condemning anyone...he knew the weaknesses of mankind..and weak is what we all are...However, lest you think I am forgetting there is only one way to redemption that is through Christ....It doesn't matter who or what you believe you are...there is just one way.

Has God really stop loving people who having chosen to live a lifestyle that is abominable unto him? If God hates gay and unbelievers so much then why are they still breathing and are alive on this Earth? Why hasn't He killed off those who He sees as disgusting and sinful agents of wickedness? Think about it!

I am frightened by the answer of the guy that goes by the name "Praise Jesus".... it's that kind of view on God that gets other religions to misjudge Christianity of any kind. God loves. Period. There is no hate that can be tied to His name. He could never stop loving you for who you are. No body will ever "burn in Hell" for the way they were born but by the choices they make. And even THEN, God will not hate. You make your own choices, He'll love you no matter what, even if those choices lead you away from him. And we all sin. No sin is greater than the other. The point is to acknowledge our faults, ask for forgiveness, and spread the message of love that He passed on to us. "Praise Jesus" guy's HATE and judgment, on the otherhand, will lead you away from God just as much as he believes being gay will.... In the end, all that matters to God is that you love yourself and everyone else in your actions AND your thoughts. By doing so, you're showing that you love HIM, and to HIM that's the core of salvation.

If there is a Christian God, no one on Earth would be able to tell us what he does and does not think. I don't know what's up with Christians thinking they know exactly how 'God' feels about everything. Arrogance I assume...
These people keep saying God hates sin and homosexuals... I thought he was supposed to be "All Loving"... Yet another contradiction.

God does not hate you that is a LIE str8 from hell. God does not hate gays, homosexuals, and lesbians. The Bible says :
"For God so loved the world (including every human being) that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn to condemn the world, but to save the world in him. Who ever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son. John 3:16-18

God doesn't stop loving you, but He wants you to do what is right and that is stop being gay and accept Jesus as your savior. If you know this, and refuse, then you have chosen to not love Him, not the other way around.....
