cos i called them a few times n the different agents there told me different answers each time....very scary.also they talk abt electronic tickets if payin my credit card.wat is this abt?how safe is it?

but has anyone actually booked online with lufthansa?how is their service? r they reliable.was disappointed wid their service when i got so many different answers from the agents. one said can pay cash at no extra charge n another said its extra $150 if i pay by cash n not by credit card.they didn't even know the opening hours of their office!

if i pay for the ticket using a friend's credit card,does tht friens need to be wid me during boarding?do i need to show credit card or somethin when collecting boarding pass for verification?

Very safe..electronic ticket means no paper ticket..Just show up with photo ID
It is ok to use your friends credit card..Just book online and stop worrying..They are a good airline

You can count on Lufthansa. I am a frequent flier on them and they are not only reliable, but very good. They don't spend a lot of time training their reservationists however. Yes you can pay cash, but need to go to a travel agent or to their ticket counter probably at an airport, and it is NOT $150.00 extra. Most travel these days is done with electronic tickets...no more worries about losing your ticket.

u dont have to worry lufthansa company is certified very good and they not make betrayed with there customer coz they are big company and made in germany ok.go for it.
