There is nothing wrong in talking to thy neighbor, unless you suspect something more than talking is going on. You have the same choices. If you feel insecure about this conversation and feel that a possible relationship will come of it, then I suggest you set the record straight. If you are trying to say a man that you don't know is talking to the girl next door. Go out and talk to the girl and find out what is going on. He could be a child abductor. Better to be safe than sorry.
