It is not that simple. You need to look at why it happens and also if more than simple sex is involved. The perfect marriage is very rare and just as guys sometimes make mistakes so do women. I still believe any cheating occurs because of a breakdown between two people. Most of the time it is because in time lovers lose the sensitivity between two people. Too much is taken for granted and the indifference causes the problem. You have two choices. Get rid of her or be strong enough to get things straight and go forward. The loss of someone you really love is hard to overcome and sometimes it is not necessary. Forgiveness is a noble thing but that does not mean it can be done more than once.

Is there clear evidence that she's definitely cheating? or just a gut feeling?

If there is clear evidence, gather your courage and definitely confront her with the evidence and leave her.

If it's just a gut feeling with no clear evidence, you need to think about what give rise to this gut feeling. Are there demons in your marriage that you need to resolve first?

Good luck.
