just run a peice of single 12 guage wire up the side of your house or a tree nearby, the hook the one end up in the cable inlet on the back of your TV

see http://antennaweb.org/aw/welcome.aspx and pick the cheapest antenna that will work. Make sure you can return or exchange it, since even antennaweb is not perfect, and individual locations will have peculiar reception problems.
