could be exzema if it itches alot souds like it to me but dont freak out there is med for it that works real well (p.s) dont scratch it could become infecteded and you dont want that

I would need to know first of all where is her rash? All over her body, just on her head? And is the rash red, dry, white, scaly, flaky, itchy, does it burn?
I need more info to properly answer that,
