You have to go by what is right for you. Violence is never the only answer. I would rather lose my life doing what I believe is right than to live knowing I have taken a life. Love is the only thing that will ever change this world. There are many accounts of people that were in life or death situations and stuck to their beliefs of Peace and Love and got through it without harming anyone. I invite you to research Mildred Norman from the USA. This woman lived a remarkable existence. Always showing love to people, even those that meant her harm. I do not have an answer for what is going on in the middle east but I do know that bombs will never change the people there. Spread love and light up the world.

The main law and only law of my religion states "An it harm none do what you will, lest in self-defense it be". That means if you can avoid doing harm then by all means, but in the case of you being attacked that causes harm to you so if violence is the only way to stop it the so mote it be.
As to the situation in Ireal, they had 3 of their soldiers kidnapped. They are praciticing self-defense.

Well, the question is: violence is the only answer?, are you sure it is?.
With repect of what God wants, i should be very certain to make the correct decision (poticians sometime are wrong) and be sure that he is asking me that.
My first reaction would be: if anything or anyone is commanding me to kill, I would think the devil in first place, because he is death, destruction and anger, and everything you see in a war. It is the devil's banquet!
God is love and peace, remember Jesus teachings (believe it or not).

No war is justified by the Lord. Thou shalt not kill, is what it says. God said to obey all who are in authority on earth, but not when it goes against the Law of God. Where does it talk about killing and being justified after Jesus was born?

You have to look at the global picture.
You let Terrorist win right now and you will see terrorist everywhere. Sending them msg that if enough damage is done than we will agree to their conditions.
Bible teaches us that when we have to take care of the problem it has to be complete.
Remember when our lovely ( unconditional love ) god command Jews to go and kill every1 including every female, child and fetuses to fulfill of his promiss of promissed land..... What it means that if you don't finish the job you will have problems for long time.
WEll Jews disobey god and did not kill Phelistines and now they are paying for it.
GOD told them what to do.. they did not listen. Now we all paying for it. So at least this time lets take care of the problem the GOD's way ( unconditional love) and have peace in GOD's eyes.
Therefore GOD is genocidal, murderer and way below any intelegence that can even exists.

Violence, is not the only answer. Its just that some of us and our brains have not evolved past the old brain model.Which is why we have a tendency to act like animals-fighting for what we want rather than using the sophisticated part of our brains to talk and think things out.-Millions of years of evolution...wasted.

War is not murder. If you are killing the enemy.
To kill unarmed Civilians without provocation that is an atrocity. And justifies war against your cause.
