bad self-esteem is: you think you're worse than others or the better than others. good self-esteem: you're just OK. bad (unhealthy) self-esteem: you let others do everything or you out do everyone around you. good (healthy) self-eteem: you take responsibility and do your best.
do you have good or bad self-esteem? if good, how did you get it? if bad what are you going to do about that? does it even matter to you so long as you're getting by? would you be interested in self-esteem training if you're unhappy with your life? do you even know where to learn about self-esteem?

I like you question. Umm..I had good self-esteem, but then I met this really hot guy who only torn me down. Now, I'm climbing out of that crap. What I do to build self-esteem in me, I help others. I'd also like to try something new, something that I think I couldn't pull off or that I would be likely to try. Something out of the ordinary. Then, when I walk away from doing what I thought I could not, I will feel stronger. And yes, I would be interested in those classes.

I have great self esteem, and pretty much always have. Life is too short to feel inadequate. I would rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I am not.

i have good self-esteem my friend doesnt tho and i try and help her and she doesnt listen, so she asks me to ask it on here so i do and they usually say wat i do where there is a serious answer. so basically tha ?s i ask r to prove my theroies to my friend and get her to trust that i know wat im talking about
