Well, if there are any self proclaimed Christians who hate Jews, they'd better understand what the Bible says. Galatains 3, all Christian's exercise the same faith as Abraham, a Jew. Read also Romans 2-4.

I'm a Christian and I don't hate Jews. I know many others. The proposition 'Christians hate Jews' is empirically false as a universal term.
But none of that sound reasoning can penetrate the hide of hatred that seals a festering personality in its own moldy juices. Yet, given that you live in your mother's unfurnished basement at 42 we ought to give you a break as years of that filth does take a toll.
