Every company has to have a leader. So does Al Qaeda.
Osama bin Ladin represent a lot to his fighters. He is like Hitler during the WW2. He's the leader on earth and Allah is in heaven.
Terrorists have all gone trough hard process of infiltrating that affected their mind. They have no minds of their own. They obey Osama.

Yes, you have these "peaceful" Muslims send other people's kids to blow themselves up with as many casualties as possible for the sake of "going to heaven and have 72 virgins". If that is the ultimate goal in life, why can't those Muslim leaders blow themselves up? Cowards!
I love how Muslims appear on TV claiming over and over and over again that Islam is such a "peaceful religion".
