A wedding really means very little. It's just a day. Hopefully it's a nice day --- a day you share your hopes for the future with friends and family --- but it's just a day. It will not guarantee happiness; it will not ensure that your relationship will grow; and it will not guarantee neither of you will leave the other.

All that is up to you two.
A marriage takes a LOT of work. Work, work, work - you have to pay attention to it, nurture it, care for it, feed it, exercise it, invest in it, protect it.....or you will lose it.

I hope you are ready for all this.

Years ago the answer would be "of course". But this is not the case today. Today, all a wedding means is that the two of you are making a commitment to try to make a life together. Marriage takes a lot of work and it is not easy. Thats why there can be no guarantees. There's nothing that will guarantee that he'll never leave you...not marriage, not love, not money. But that doesnt mean that he wont stay...just that there are no guarantees in life.

A marriage between husband and wife will make your relationship grow as long as you work together.

There are no guarantees in life. If you don't work together then there is no union and you might as well call it quits.
