For those not familar with this mediation the method is to visualize a person or persons as happy, healthy, and enlightened. This can be facilitated by seeing smiles on their faces, eyes slanted upwards, a glowing white aura, maybe a little wind in the hair, etc. The most important thing is you feel what it is like to feel happy, healthy and enlightened while projecting this emotion upon whomever you feel called to give such energy.

With the state of the world as it is, we need to do such meditations with certain world leaders in mind. Those in my opinion who need it most include Bush, Ahmadinejad, Olmert, Bin Laden, Kim Jong Il, Putin, & Hu Jintao.

RB, a little close minded don't you think. Didn't Jesus call on his followers to help make the world a better place. "Blesses are the peacemakers, for they will be called the sons of God." Matthew 5:9

Change begins with just one person. We can choose to be part of the problem or part of the solution. I choose to not add to the world problems.

There is much truth in meditation. You really get an opportunity for self examination, however you don't influence others despite sending the energy out to the collective conciousness. The reason for that is because unless everyone around you is in the same meditative state there isn't enough of a tap into that conciousness to have any effect. So if it relaxes you and makes you feel good than meditate, I recommend it. PEACE!
