No. Arabs and jews are semites.
Both arabs and jews trace ancestry back to Abraham, but no.
Muslims follow the teachings of Mohamad and were started by Arabs but now include lots of races and poeples like christians.
Jews are a race as well as a religion and don't actively recruit or include others.

I must admit there are a lot of similarity as they refer to the same God.Since only Jews can be Jews,it is no mean possible for others to obtain salvation by membership to their club.
So God decided to give a chance to the Samaritans and others to join in another club.

In a way, Islam branched off Judaism just as Christianity did. All three believe in and worship the same God, Christians believe that Jesus is the prophet of God; Muslims believe that Muhammad is the prophet of God, and Jews don’t believe there is a prophet. That is the very simple explanation of it.

My understanding is that Muslims are descendants of Abraham through his son Ishmael. Jews are descendants of Abraham through Israel, his promised son from God. God made his covenant with the Israelites (jews).
