Go on Target.com, and have a look at what they offer. There's some good cheap ones, as what the reviewers say

A HAI. They are about the same as CHI's but they have heat settings on their basic models. Its an advantage because I've heard that the CHI's sometimes get too hot. You can get one on EBay for around $60. Probably about $100 in the store. My stylist uses it to straighten and wave my hair.

I've had a hairtools straightener for years and find it great. To stop you hair going dry with and straightener you need to use a heat protection spray.

Also so make sure you get something for your before you use the straight iron. My sister uses a product from Sally's it is in a orange stray on bottle. And she says it keeps her hair from getting dry and fuzzie.

Go on ebay and get a Chi ceramic. Chi is highly recommended because it does not damage hair and makes the frizziest and most unruly hair straight and beautiful.
