Muhammad ordered all his followers to be circumcised because he linked himself with Abraham descendants. Muhammad's genealogy came directly from Ishmael who was the first to be circumcised as ordered to Abraham by God. In addition, Muhammad religion before Islam was Hanafi, which is a sect that belongs to Abraham faith and was followed to those who came directly from Ishmael and those who were with Abraham and lived with him in the land of Canaan.
