I know Jesus can cure any disorder if the person has faith. I've heard stories about that before. People can change.
Your cousin has been delivered but still may get tempted in the future. But he knew he didn't want to live that kind of perverted lifestyle and God saw his heart. So no matter what, he has been forgiven.

I have know several people who lived a homosexual lifestyle and come to Christ and let God heal them. I have known others who have come to Christ as homosexuals and never let God deal with their hurts, habits and hang ups.
The people who had completely surrendered to God and let God free them from homosexuality found fulfillment in their life. They felt like they were making progress in areas they had never been able to over come since childhood.
It wasn't about a cover up or changing of behavior, but it was a deep heart change and coming to terms with God and self. It was confronting the lies about their sexual identity. Some people go back to homosexuality because it is painful to face issues of your sexual identity. This is why you see so much anger and hostility from homosexuals when someone disagrees with their lifestyle. It is rooted in hurt, and they think when the world finally accepts the lifestyle then the pain will go away.

i tried it for myself and the answer was no! i did everything my church authorities told me and i was miserable because i wasn't being myself. i'm glad i didn't meet a girl and marry because i wouldn't ended up hurting her like soooo many other men in my church have. my church now suggests men with 'same-sex attraction' live their entire life completely alone rather than try to marry a woman because they see how many of these fake marriages aren't working.
