Its supposed to help you lose weight, but it sounds a little suspicious to so I thought I'd ask, Are there any bad side affects? Should I use it even though I am only 16? Is there a safer product I could use to lose stubborn belly fat? Oh and is it legal?

I haven't actually met anyone who had success with this product (a lot of hearsay, but I've read no scientific reports on it) nor have I read anything in credible magazines / published reports.

Phytolacca Berry is also called "pokeroot" and is considered toxic (do a search on pokeroot toxicity to find out more).

Herbal remedies might or might not work. You still have to eat healthy and exercise to lose weight.
