All of the advice given so far is good, dental and mouth hygene are very important but if you are doing all of this and still have bad breath then you should definitely drink lots and lots of water, not soda or sweet drinks, just water. If you are constipated you will suffer with bad breath. Drinking water will help with constipation and you could also try taking two table spoons of flax seed (you can buy it in Walmart in the medications section or from any health food store) a day in a glass of pure orange juice. This will make you go everyday and should help with your bad breath problem. If you smoke - give it up as this is the worst thing to cause bad breath. Good luck.

Get a tongue cleaner, and just as you brush your teeth, also clean your tongue. Use a good mouth rinse 2 - 3 times a day. You can also eat foods that naturally cleanse your breath, like fresh parsley. There is a natural helper in the form of a pill called breath assure, it uses plant based chlorophyll to keep breath fresh. You should notice a difference. If the problem persists, it could be a sign of other problems in your digestive system.

Ok my friend listen carefully. Some people have bad breath and they can't seem to get rid of it. It could be a problem with how you hold your toungue in your mouth when your mouth is closed. Pay attention to it. If you are holding it against the roof of your mouth or the pallate in the back of your throat, then the bacteria there propagates, there is little to no air flow and things get stagnant. To remedy this, you must train yourself to keep the back your toungue off the roof of your mouth and throat. You must also brush the back of your toungue daily and thoroughly brush your teeth. Good Luck!

okay most bad breath bacteria is on the back of the tongue, so get a toothbrush with a tongue scraper that you can reach the back of your tongue with. you might gag, but you can scrape most of the stuff off. bad breath bacteria also lives between teeth, so floss. then use an antibacterial mouthwash, like listerine or the new crest stuff that doesn't burn if you are a wuss and can't handle the burn.

Good Luck!!

Drink water. Bad breath comes from bacteria. Listerene and mouth wash work for only a small amount of time, Then your mouth becomes dry again, the perfect spot for bacteria to breed. But if you drink water throughout the day, it keeps the mouth flushed of these bacterias.
