Hy-Vee (it's a chain in the midwest) It is a lot like Safeway (where I used to go when I lived on the west coast) Nice big isles and a health market and well, almost anything you could want. It is a little more expensive that some stores, but the convenience and cleanliness and size make up for it.

Whole Foods Market. It's much more expensive than regular supermarkets but the food is higher quality and the produce is excellent. They sell healthier kinds of foods. I think it's worth the money.

I shop in 3 stages. Target for their Archer Farms frozen entrees, frozen vegetables, frozen pizzas, and goods like laundry soap. Publix for meats & sodas, Fresh Market for fruits, vegetables, desserts, etc.

Wal*Mart- Has anything
Target- Has cheap clothes
Sam&Sams- Cheap foods
