It depends on the kind of conditioner that you are using. Some conditioners, if left on hair and not rinsed out thorougly, can cause for hair to fall out. Try Leave-In Conditioners like "Enjoy." This is the safest leave-in conditioner that I have ever seen. You can spray it on your hair after shampoo and then walk out of the shower without rinsing it. Rusk also has a conditioner that is not required to be rinsed out. The problem with Rusk however, is that it weighs down your hair.

I usually leave a little bit of conditioner in my hair instead of rinsing it completely out. It makes my hair softer and easier to style. I've tried leaving it all in, but i just made my hair crunchy feeling.

NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!! If a conditioner says rinse out, then you should do that after the amount of time in the directions.
If you want a good leave-in conditioner, let me suggest Infusium or Tresemme heat activated.

Not really if you leavin in conditioner that is meant 2 be rinsed out it will turn your hair greasy on the other hand if you use leave in conditioners such as Boots leave in conditioner that will be fine you can leave it in with out the risk of greasiness

No! only if its leave in conditioner, because you can over condition your hair and that takes out the vitamins in your hair that keeps your hair healthy. Another thing is that some conditioners are heavy and if you use other styling products in your hair it will flake up and your hair will be looking nasty!

If you do leave conditioner in your hair, then it should be the kind that is a leave in - conditioner. If you leave the other kind of conditioner in your hair more then the recommended use. You may damage your from over processing it.

if you leave conditioner in your hair is should be a leave in conditioner only. you can over condition your hair. so it is not good to leave just regular conditioner in yur hair.
