I cant stop it . It comes all of a sudden and I can't anything but run to the bathroom. But I almost always pee in my pants.

First make certain that you tell you mother or someone you trust. Second it sounds as though you might have a bladder infection or a small bladder. Another thing may be a kidney problem. There is medication that can be prescribed by a doctor to help you with this. Please talk to someone you know personally so you can have this checked out. You don't have to be embarrassed.

Incontinence is caused by 2 things: either it's a chronic weakening of the bladder muscles, or it's due to a stressful state of mind.
Unless you're in a retirement age cap, it ought to be the latter. In which case, time to see a therapist.

it would seem to me that you have a bladder control problem. has this happend your entire life, or is it a recent discovery? i would reccomend seeing a doctor.
