Lol the first thing u need 2 do is get in a cool shower this will take the het outta da sunburn. becasue your skin contains oil u r proberly still cooking your self :-) more stuffing with that turky sir!!! :-) after u have been in da shower 4 10-15 mins pat your skin dry Dont Rub!!!!!! then apply some camarmile lotion if u have it! keep applying the camonmile loation every 4-5h also drink plenty of water 2 replace the lost water. Try 2 wear only Light items on the place where u where sunburnt like a cottont-shirt or silk shirt!!.

Yes the sunburn will heal givin time how much time depends on how badly u where burned. as 4 the peeling skin thats normal it happens because your body is made up of about 70% water when u expose the skin 2 heat the water in the skin dries out rather like Pot Noodles!!!!! :-) so u skin "die's" and sloughs off! if u have places that arnt sun burnt u can get the loose skin off with a pomice stone or flannal!!

Oh yeah and nxt x dont forget the sun cream!!!!

If you have not heard all the warnings re cancer from overdoing the sun, then go ahead and bake in the sun. I have seen women who were good looking in their youth - I mean really lovely, and now they look like dried up brown prunes with more lines than their paler sisters. Don't do it - it will heal and peel - its part of the repair system, but if you carry on, your skin like all abused parts of the body, wrecked and you sound too young for all this malarky. get wise and enjoy the sun sensibly

Replenish the moisture in your skin and try to heal the burn. Aloe Vera heals and sooths. Glycerin draws moisture from the air and keeps your skin from the drying and peeling. Both can be purchased at a drug store. I used to manufacture tanning products. Trust me on this one.

It will heal in time but you have damaged your skin. Believe me prevention is better than cure especially when it comes to sun burn. Use Factor 30 sun cream at least and cover up too. This will prevent sunburn (you need to re-apply regularly!), help prevent skin cancer and keep your skin looking younger!

Loads of moisturiser. You can't stop the peeling but you can make it look a bit better!

Don't do it again!

Get some E45 cream and cover up in loose natural fibres when outside in the sun again (while burnt)

put greek yoghurt on it for about half an hour then shower it off before it hardens. This will reduce the pain and redness.
