Are you doing something that would prompt you to wash your hair twice a day? All that water and scrubbing is very drying, and I would imagine that the cuticles on your hair have been worn away. Unless it's a medical necessity, shampoo your hair every other day, and only once. A moisturizing shampoo will help put some moisture back into your hair. If you normally use hair styling products, try not to use so much--or just stop using them all together--until your hair is healthy again. I know some products leave you hair feeling greasy (especially if you use too much).

YES, twice a day is too much. You are stripping all the oils from your hair and it will dry out. If you have to shower twice a day, then get a good moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. If you use styling products (gel, mouse, hairspray) then get alight weight moisturizing one. You might end up with a product that's not specifically made for men, but it the long run it will do your hair better.
