technically yes, you can. you need a dc to ac inverter though. and a head unit that has pre amp imputs, or rca's coming out of the back of the unit. then all you need to do is run rca's to the sub, and put the stuff where you want it.

for the record i think you should just pick up some boston acoustics car audio, it might be easier, and it would sound better.
