Left Behind: The Kids I bought the entire series for my daughter and have read them myself. They are Fantastic! My daughter is only 10, but she is an accelerated reader and these books are designed for your age group. I just asked her your question, and she recommends these, too.

A great book to read is going to be GOOD OMENS by Terry Pratchet and Neil Gaimen... It is hillarious, it has lots of twists, and I first read it when I was about that level!!! I think you will love it!!!

my sisters keeper, the secret life of bees, the glass castle....AMAZING books. Also the kite runner, but its a bit violent.
