Okay see my boyfriend and I are having a rough patch in our relationship but we are trying to work through it and come out on the other side together. We have an apartment together right now. But see last Thursday we got into this arguement and more or less I was under the impression that he wanted me to move out, so I started moving my stuff (he said he thought we needed a break) well either way we went and signed me off of the lease and everything. But now we talked and everything and we are going to try to work through it, but see I used the rent money to pay my bills to get caught up, and now it won't set me behind to much but if he doesn't get my money he will not be able to keep the apartment, whether we are together or not. My question is two, should I pay him the money and stay with him for now, or go stay with my mom? If I dont' stay with my mom how do I tell her because I'm afraid she might not give me a chance to move in again, seeing as I came in and may go back out?

I think you should move back in with your Mom for more than just financial reasons...listen to what your saying...your bf wants you out? you decide to go...he realizes he can't pay the rent alone...now he wants you back? ..The immediate issue and apparent concern is paying the rent not fixing the relationship...and by staying that will not give him his space that he felt he needed...so how will things get resolved and what guarantees that once he catches up on the rent issue he won't need his space again....Where is your opinion being considered in all this...this would make me feel uncomfortable with him because your their because he needs rent money not necessarily you...you he could take a break from.

FYI, you can always go home. If he signed your name off the lease, then you should not have to give him any money. How about staying a few nights to see if everything is ok, then make your decision then.

your mom will not abondon you! she'll take you back but she will tell you dont try it again Im sure.
well it does sound like he wanted you gone and maybe you should go. its hard to find a decent person so maybe you should look elsewhere
