Okay, so say everyone on the planet became gay, then there would be no more children, right?

Except that many gay people would still want to have kids and science can make that happen...?

The point here is to show how ridiculous this argument is:

"Homosexuality is incompatible with life. If everyone in the world were gay (work w/ me here) mankind would die out in a generation. God is about Life. That's his gig. So He would not create something that would not bring life to people."

yeah, thats right. people would become extinct.

I think it's the height of hypocrisy for gay people to shun the other sex, but still want to use them to reproduce.

I think for your question to be more "legit", you have to take science out of the equation. Without science, normal heterosexual reproduction would continue, as it has for eons. Homo reproduction would come to a screeching halt, along with them eventually.

Yeah look what God did to Sodom, blah blah blah.
God has nothing to do with this people, its a question set in the real world.
I think if everyone on earth become gay then they would have lesbians carry the babies, simple. They do stuff like that now if both sides can agree, a gay man to donate some sperm etc. But i cant imagine a world where everyone is gay, because women are too hot and guys cant help themselves.
Biologically i don't think a species would become completely gay because the reason we exist is to procreate.

No that is not right it is still wrong in the eyes of God and all Christians that does not mean that we hate them or fear them. I truly feel sorry for any gay that thinks they can make it to heaven and be gay. 1Coronthians 6: 9-20 tells how they will not make it and to flee from all sexual immorality. If they want children they should find their way out of that lifestyle and go straight. As far as science making it happen to have children I have mixed feelings on that not that I begrudge any normal married couple having children I DO NOT. It has to do with it being natural or unatural sex act and this is my own thoughts nothing else. I do understand why normal married people would go to almost any length to have children I was told at one time that I would never have children. That is hard but thanks to the Lord I have 9 beautiful children.

Actually I know plenty of gay people who have their own biological kids. When asked "How'd you do that?" I have heard them say "I just closed my eyes and thought about the same sex." Then again I know gay people who absolutely cannot bring themselves to even be with the opposite sex. Apparently there is a degree of homosexuality.

Still, homosexuality seems to be some sort of natural population control (which makes sense that God would have created this into the system since He just knows that with free will we are most likely not going to always be responsible....and that can be shown in the huge rise in human population as correlated with the larger numbers of homosexuals and if one looks at the natural world where animals are being exstinguished by over population of humans that the accounts of homosexual behavior in those animals diminishes as the population diminishes).

Blessings in Frodo!

Just because someone is gay it does mean they CAN'T have sex with someone on of opposite gender, it just means they're desires are towards someone of the same gender.

Many gays and lesbians are not only adopting, but having their own children. Biologically their own. Either by invetro, surrogacy or old fashioned sex.

It doesn't change their sexuality any.

The whole premice of the often used argument is completely flawed.

There's nothing wrong with being a homosexual, it's what/who we are. What would be wrong and IS wrong is to accuse homosexuals of having chosen to be homosexuals. Trust me, I never chose to be hated, insulted, spat at, be legislated against, potentially beaten or even murdered. But I cannot chose to live a lie just so some people who cannot control themselves are more comfortable.

Is this some kind of feeble attempt to prove that homosexuality is wrong?

First of all, there is no way that everyone on the planet would become gay... that's absurd.

And even if this highly unlikely event were to occur, people would still have hetero sex to procreate. I've heard instances of lesbians having hetero sex just so they could conceive. The human race wouldn't die out because of homosexuality.

Here we go again -- someone trying to stifle debate on this issue by portraying their debate opponents as having an irrational fear of homosexuality.

Using words like "fearful" and "threatened" means that you don't want to have a rational give-and-take discussion on this issue. It only means that you're trying to portray your opposition as being inferior to you, because their opinions are borne of fear rather than genuine reasons.

We Christians are not threatened by homosexuality. Though we have compassion and respect toward gay people, we oppose their sexual conduct because, quite simply, it is not only morally illicit but also medically dangerous.

In fact, one of the reasons God forbids it is this -- He loves us, and He doesn't want us to do things that put us at huge risk for deadly diseases. He doesn't want us to do things that cut 30 years off our lifespans.

Homosexual conduct does have those negative impacts on us.

We don't want to see people engage in gay sex, because we don't want to see people die at the average age of 41 -- that's the life expectancy of gay men in the USA.

That's true compassion. Enabling this sexual behavior, making excuses for it, and pushing it as a healthy and normal lifestyle are hardly compassionate.

I've had sexual relations with a woman, and I've made the CHOICE to never go back to that dispicable lifestyle again. I will procreate and keep the human race from dying out. I'm only lucky I didn't catch a nasty disease while having my lesbian encounter.

There's no indication that the number of people being born with an inclination to homosexuality is increasing. There will be enough heterosexuals to keep the planet dangerously overpopulated for the foreseeable future.

considerate. First enable me say I agree alongside with your observations. There are 3 user-friendly factors to a man or woman; physique, recommendations and spirit. The spirit being the character that's the guy. physique-smart, youve nailed it. Doesnt make experience. Now, there could be a psychological concern that brings this on: Assuming the recommendations to be resembling a working laptop or computer, a guy or woman could have a "virus" happening that demands the guy "be" a different gender than that throughout their physique. So a guy or woman with a stylish physique could have a "virus" that makes them "be a guy" and you get whats refered to as a "butch", "dike" or in spite of. Theres additionally the potential of the guy themself purely somewhat being into one style of physique quite than the different. Thats a protracted tale... i'm going to tell you what is is definately no longer: DNA, chemical components on your recommendations and all that hogwash. This homo' ingredient stems from the two a psychological or religious base.
