Well then it sound like he's probably about 12 years old and he probably likes you in a way and also dislikes in a way. In any case, it's an immature way to try to get your attention. If you kick him in the shins he might stop. That's how I got rid of one guy when I was that age. Serious. :)

Because the guys are trying to make you think your teasing them so you feel you owe them something. Like its your fault their getting excited and you should take care of them.
