I heard spicy foods raise it. I also heard pepper. Is this true?

Well I know when you eat celery you use more calories eating it and chewing it and digesting it than you actually get from the celery itself...but thats not the same thing as raised metabolism...

i know caffeine raises your metabolism (so green tea or unsweetened plain tea) is really good to drink when you are on a diet because it has no calories in it but speeds up your metabolism.

Don't know about the black peper and spicy foods, a healty mix of fruits and veggies will definetly stimulate ones metabolism due to the lack of fats, Fiber as well, Try having at least 1-2 bowel movements (take a sh1t) a day which will help alot.

Yes I heard that too. Anything with Capsasium with aid in the body's heating and help burn calories and fat. And if you fall, you can slap it on the spore spot and ease away the pain too.

All I do know for certain, is asparagus makes your tinkle stinkle.

I've heard that apple cider vinegar (one shot's worth in a glass of water) does the trick, but I can't vouch for it myself.

Don't drink Arizona Green Tea; get the tea packets. The Arizona drink is unneeded calories, while green tea should have none.
