My mother is a diabetic. I've been making her the jell-o brand instant pudding on occassion. However, it seems no matter how long I mix it, it is extremely lumpy. Any ideas on how to rectify this problem?

Thanks!

I used to have that problem also. I started adding the powder to the milk instead of doing it the way instructed on the box. Now it's lump-free!

Good luck with it and good luck to your mother. She's lucky to have a daughter who is looking out for her well-being!

Do you use a whisk thing to unclump them? Also make sure you use really cold milk, that should help as well. My mom is a diabetic and she loves the sugar free pudding as well. =)

Try adding just a splash of fat-free milk to it.........not to much to make it watery...but just a hint to make it more smooth and creamier.........my parents are diabetic and they love sugar free pudding................delicious.............if that dosent work try this...heat up the milk first that you stir in with the mix....that will help dissolve any leftover pudding mix....good luck!!!

put it through a strainer...it may take a bit longer to go through cause its thick pudding but that will make it nice and smooth.

Use a nice sized whisk; it will make lumps vanish!
