Join a club surely you have interests, I mean you can meet people over the net but myself i would rather get out there, face to face, What ever you do or enjoy there are always clubs,meetings or events going on!
What about your family they are probably my best friends(even though i hate them sometimes). Cheer up fella!

You just need to be nice to other people! Maybe they dont like you cause you are mean to them! So just try to be nice to them!
If they dont like you say sorry for the things you did to them! And maybe they will be your friend! But of corse ask do you went to be my friend if they dont say!
