what i'm trying to find out that is, english is vastly spoken in every major parts of the world, but they don't sound the same. why is that so? i mean we're not that different from one or the other, so why can't everybody from all over the world speaks the same tone, clarity, both grammatically so everybody would understand each other. i do believe that race plays a part and the mother tongue also affects the speech of every individual, could it be possible that everyone from all parts of the country would be able to communicate in just one style?

Where as in that original foreign language the same may be expressed totally different. This is called "Syntax". Syntax is the most important thing in the foreign language spoken by any peoples.

its the accent that differs and u can't get all the people to speak in the same accent or tone of voice..even native speakers in 1 country speak differently.
