There are great choices.

1. Mustard and collared greens are great sources of vitamins and are the king in nutrition for leafy vegetables.

2. Broccoli the undisputed king of vegetable nutrition, they have high amounts of viatmin, A, E, K and calcium which is what birds need a lot of.

3. Carrots are great for cockatiels because they havea penchant for knawing and are perfect for that

4. Cellary is greta birds love to strip it and rip the leaves off

5. Try cooked sweet potatoes, as they like carrots are high in vitamin A and Beta Carotene which give a bird its brightest colors.

Try fennel, like cellary birds love to strip it.

Theyer are other great vegetables but never offer Rhurahb or avacados, as well as chocolate this WILL KILL them.

Lettuce is mostly water and not much nutrition. Broccoli, spinach, kale, fresh geen beans, carrots, almost anything dark green or brightly colored. Mine particularly loved broccoli and green beans. I've been out of bird breeding for over ten years. Last I knew bird people considered avocado to be toxic to birds. I'd recommend avoiding that at all costs unless your vet tells you otherwise.

Think about scale too. One grape to a cockatiel is equivalent to practically a whole watermelon for us!

If your birds don't want to eat veggies, start them off with their favorite treat in a special bowl. I used to put my treats on a red saucer on the floor of their HUGE cage. ONce the bird learns that whatever is in the special treat bowl is WAYYYY good, then slowly try adding in small amounts of the veggies until they ebgin to relish them.

Sometimes I used to put wet spinach or kale leaves whole on the floor. The birds liked to roll in the wet leaves, like taking a bath. They'd eat them too.

Still can't get them to eat anything except seeds? Consider moving them onto Roudybush pelleted diet. It is a complete meal and good for them. Seeds only is not a complete diet.

Cockateils can eat nearly any fresh fruit or veggies, except onions, radishes, garlic those sort of veggies. Make certain you wash them really well, because some have chemicals on them and they can be harmful to the bird.

Almost any:

Carrots, peas, corn, cucumber, lettuce, green peppers, etc.

They can eat almost any vegetable that is not "hot", spicy, etc.

they can also eat almost any fruiit, including apples, grapes, bananas, straw, berries, pears, peaches, etc.

Just try a variety and figure out which ones your bird prefers, the yall do have different likes.

If they are like parrots the only things they can't have are avocado, chocolate, raw potato, or any tomato. Other fresh and cooked veggies and fruits are okay. They also like bread, cereal, and some meats try things out. good luck

birds can eat pretty much all veggies...but NEVER feed your bird Avocado or Eggplant (along with coffee, tea, soda, sugared cereals,or alcohol) these items are toxic to birds, my conure comes down off my shoulder and on to my plate when I'm eating something he likes , experiment with different veggies to see what your birds favorite is

Probably anything... in small amounts. It will probably like fruit better though. Just try to make sure there aren't any seeds... those make a mess! lol
Good luck!
