TRY PUTTING LEMON IN YOUR WATER IT IS A NATURAL DIURETICS OR GREEN TEA IS ALSO WATCH TAKING WATER PILL THEY CAN BE DANGEROUS

Lay off the salt. It makes a person retain water really bad.

If you are having a low salt intake and drinking loads of water and still having this problem you should definately see your doctor.

Take water retention tablets. Is it "that time of the month" cause I put about 4lbs on then coz of retaining water.
