Philippine Aviation Schools?

Question

Does anyone know of any aviation schools in the Philippines where there are airplanes(most doesn't have 'em) preferrably in Makati/ Pasay and has a Pilot course?
How many yaers does it take to become a flight engineer/ co pilot/ pilot?
And how much would the whole thing cost?
Please forgive me for this very long question. Just trying to save points;)

i just dont know how much it costs though.think its 4-5 years including/excluding OJT.
