I am not pregnant and I do not smoke any more, but I am sad to say that I am a mother of 3 and I did smoke through all my pregnancies. I am lucky that no harm came to my babies, but if I could go back and do things differently, I think I would!

Try patches, they do work and are cheaper than cigarettes. I have been a non-smoker now for 10 months and I feel great.

i am a smoker and i did smoke when i was carrying the last two babies and guess what? they are healthy, when i stopped smoking for the first 2 they were always sick.. the last 2 rarely went to the doctor (except for normal things) and one is now 21 and very healthy and happy!! but i never drank or did drugs so i guess that helped?
