lol.. you are correct bruce lee was a consumate athlete.. one of the first to bring fitness aspects such as weight lifting into the martial arts.. a great way to develope musclularity like his is isometric work.. no weights required and you get the extremely cut and tensile musculature body that would make bruce lee proud.. check out the book dynamic strength by harry wong. it's awesome..
also great for women who don't want to gain bulk but want definition in their physique..

In no way was Bruce Lee a huge joke. The man INVENTED a style of fighting that was never matched, and after his death, it actually died with him - no one could master it. This comes straight from the links shown above; which might I add, don't make a good argument because the comments were about 50 -50. Could Bruce Lee measure up to the K-1, Pride, UFC fighters of today? The truth - no one will ever know. But to say the man was a joke is a very arrogant comment.

tygrwdz. Bruce Lees style did not die with him. It was carried on by some of his students. One named Danny Inisanto. The style is Jett Kaun Do. There are others to this day who practice this style and train others. Check out. royharris.com You'll see what I mean.

Yes, he was a maniac when it came to fitness. I want to look like him too but it takes a lot of dedication, time and effort to do it. It's achievable but he's just different. Pound for pound he's probably the strongest martial artist that ever lived.
