Just because a child wets the bed it does not mean he is not potty trained. It means he is a bed wetter and it is perfectly normal. It is not bad. Some children do, some do not. Most will outgrow it in time but some children wet the bed until they are 10,11,12........... My son wet the bed each and every night ever since he was trained at 21/2 until he was nearly 11. We tried every trick in the book. He felt horrible about it but I made no big deal about it and calmly took the 15 minutes it takes to change his sheets and clean the soiled ones. He got to the point where he would strip his bed before school and throw the sheets in the laundry. The washer and dryer did the rest. I also purchased 2 plastic covers for his mattress and I had 3 sets of sheets because there were nights when he would wet twice. Do not get upset at him or discipline him for it. I am sure he feels enough humiliation to begin with and this will just make him feel worse. Good luck.

Chicken Parmesan is great, even my little sister loved it when I made it! All you do is lightly coat the bottom of a pan with olive oil, and put a few pieces of fresh frozen chicken (ran underneath running water to remove the ice glaze) into it. Cover, and flip ONLY if necessary. In the meantime, prepare a sauce with tomato sauce, or tomato paste and water. stir it around, add Italian seasoning and chopped green peppers, this sounds crazy but trust me, put in a few drops of worchestire and soy sauce, it really spices it up, and add any other seasonings to your own taste. Cover it unless you want to thicken up the sauce a little bit. When the chicken is done (you will know easily, use tongs to take out a small piece of chicken and cut it in half (make sure not to use the cutting board again, if you use one there is always the chance of infection or something) and if it is cooked throughout, then it is ready) transfer it into a pot big enough to hold all the sauce and chicken, then pour the sauce gingerly with a spoon over the chicken. Your kids will love this part and for the final garnish, sprinkle grated mozarella cheese over it, cover, and cook on low heat for a minute or so untill the cheese is melted. Serve with a side of rotini, you should start boiling it before you start, and pour the noodles in right after putting the chicken and sauce into a pan. You can use any kind of pasta, but rotini is great. When the chicken is served, let them sprinkle the cheese on top (the garnish). I hope you like it, I had fun making it and my parents loved it!

When my kids were little they liked finger food and anything that they could dip in a sauce.
One easy thing to make is pinwheel sandwhiches. You flatten slices of bread with a rolling pin, top with their favorite toppings (meat and cheese, peanut butter and jelly, etc) and then roll it up. You then cut it into 1 inch pieces that the child can pick up.
