You can call him, but what is wrong with his hands that he can't call you too. You really didn't give enough information about what the problem is here. I would think that there is more to it than getting up set over a phone call.
I mean like if you have been gone a few days or something like that and didn't call when you got home. So what is the rest of the story?

You must leave rhis guy alone. Happiness can be found in others, just look you will find. If he gets upset over a phonecall what else he won`t get angry about.
Guys like that will beat woman for stupidness and even worst if they think you are cheating.
Run!!!! While you can................................. It doesn`t have to work like that either just talk to him explain why you cannot always call, he is just insecure.

He should be the one calling you. If he wants you to call him all the time, he's trying to see if you will do it. Then, next thing you know, he wants you to do everything for him.

Call him when you can - when you have something else urgent to do - call him later.
He will have to get over his insecurity - sounds like he loves you to and is afraid something will happen to you.
He will have to get used to not knowing where you are all the time.

maybe u should explain to him....
ask him what make he's mad if u don't call him.....
