How many POINTS are there in a bagel?

Well i found this website that has the points of all the items at dunkin donuts and for their plain bagel its 7 points

If you get the WW bagels I think its 2 or 3, but other bagels are any where around 2-5. Sorry I couldn't be more specific!

depends on the bagel. for instance, a Weight Watchers bagel will have fewer points than a Dunkin Donuts bagel.

Purchase a book that lists the point value of many brand name items. They used to sell them at the meetings, I don't know if they still do.

Bagels are allowed on WW??? regular bagels are too big these days, processed and loaded with bad carbs and high in calories. Go for half of a whole wheat bagel.

It depends on the size of the bagel and the calorie content. And what you're going to have on it ... I'd say about 7.
