Yes. They are two totally different classes of medication and don't interact. If you take Aleve normally, then there is no reason why you can't take it with Vicodin.

yes you can but the question is why , vicodin is a painkiller and so is aleve so why would you want to take both at the same time ? well anyways yes its OK to do so.

If you take enough Vicodin you won't need the Aleve, and you probably won't be able to find it either.

I wouldn't! And why would you?Vicodin is a strong pain medication.Mix and you may OD.
